Our client
Creaseys is one of the top 100 firms of accountants in the UK and has eight partners and approximately 90 support staff, based at offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Established for more than 150 years, the practice has two specialist divisions: Corporate & Business and Private Clients.
Objective
Creaseys appointed The Marketing Eye to provide strategic marketing support on an ongoing basis in September 2008.
The move was a step in Creaseys' strategy to position itself as the leading independent accountancy practice for businesses and high net-worth individuals in the South East.
Solution
The Marketing Eye now plays a key role in the firm and is fully responsible for all marketing activity. A comprehensive medium term marketing strategy and plan has been developed and we are now in the process of implementing it.
Deliverables cover tactical implementations, ranging from events and marketing collateral, to strategic projects including CSR, brand development and online marketing. Significant projects include:
- A new brand identity launched in 2010
- A Corporate Social Responsibility committee established to drive CSR activities within the firm and enhance staff engagement
- A structured approach to prospect meetings
- Sales Development training to help the partners with new business development and client retention
- A major bi-annual publication - On the Right Track
- An overhaul of the firm's website and online presence
Results
We have brought a marketing mindset to the firm and improved both the consistency of the marketing activity and its professionalism. Creaseys features regularly in the local media as a result of our PR activity and is also a leading and influential member of the local business community. Events such as the Creaseys' Budget Breakfast are prominent fixtures in the business calendar.
