Ouse Valley Homes

The partners in Ouse Valley Homes recognised that to achieve sustainable success with their new venture they needed to develop a brand that would allow them to take the place they had identified for themselves in the property development market.
The requirement from The Marketing Eye fell into two distinct parts: first there was a need to develop a corporate identity for Ouse Valley Homes, something that captured and communicated the partners' vision for the business, and then that identity had to be carried through into a range of marketing material - including a brochure for distribution by the agents, adverts for the local property press, corporate stationery and two 16' x 8' signs at the first development.
With the exception of the printing, everything was completed 'in-house' by The Marketing Eye. This included the design, the artwork, the photography and the copywriting.
