Our client

TISSL is a high-end brand supplying EPoS systems to some of the finest restaurants, pubs, clubs and hospitality venues in the UK and overseas.

Objective

Managing Director, Kevin Coetzee, sought marketing expertise and resources on an ongoing basis to help increase sales and firmly establish TISSL as a leading player in its target markets.

The Marketing Eye provides TISSL with a fully outsourced marketing solution, dealing with marketing strategy, direct marketing, design, e-communications and online and offline advertising.

This is paid for under a monthly retainer arrangement which allows the peaks and troughs in activity to be evened out.

At the heart of the marketing strategy is a new brand strategy: ‘a world of EPoSsibilities' - a proposition that captures how TISSL EPoS sits at the heart of a hospitality operation and brings improvements in efficiency, customer service and profitability. We have also developed a brand image that differentiates the business from its competitors and reflects TISSL's premium position.

All marketing communications are aligned to the marketing and brand strategy.

Senior members of The Marketing Eye team and TISSL have a conference call every week and Client Director, Fiona Duhig, is in regular contact with the TISSL sales team via telephone and email.

Business Development Manager Stuart Coetzee says: "We are in constant contact with The Marketing Eye team and utilise them for everything from writing case studies to managing the website and our e-mail marketing".
