Clearwater Building Company was already one of the best established building companies in the Uckfield area. The associated businesses, Neilly-Smith Architecture and Clearwater Property Investments were also doing well.

The Marketing Eye was invited to look at the brand strategy and identity for the future. We concluded that the businesses could successfully operate under the common brand of Clearwater, making it clearer to the customer that all the businesses were linked and would support the total design-to-build proposition that Clearwater offered.

Once the brand strategy had been agreed, we developed a strong, contemporary and clearly identifiable identity to match Clearwater's clear ambitions for growth.

A line to reinforce the proposition in signage and advertising was also developed: 'For your home or for investment - we can build your ideas together'

The line captures the private development and investment activities of Clearwater and brings out the collaborative approach to projects, which is at the heart of Clearwater values.

The new identity has now been rolled out across all the businesses. The Marketing Eye has worked with Clearwater to develop:
