The Marketing Eye has signed-up as an event partner of Marketing Magazine's conference - Financial Services Social Media 2014. The event - being held for the third time - is taking place in London on 17 June and will focus on how financial services brands can adopt the right approach to social media, while keeping compliant.

According to Marketing, 2014 has witnessed more and more financial services brands generating great results using social media, with those opting for the ‘toe in the water' approach getting left behind.

"We work with a number of financial services firms and social media is at the heart of what we provide for them," says Neil Edwards, Managing Director of The Marketing Eye. Sessions at Financial Services Social Media 2014 will help firms to develop their social media plan, create better engagement levels, deliver efficient and cost-effective customer service and ultimately achieve a stronger business performance.

The programme this year is set to cover themes including understanding current regulations and new FCA guidelines; maximising existing and emerging social platforms; creating engaging and relevant content for both customers and intermediaries/investors; improving a content and channels strategy; demonstrating ROI and developing a social business model that works; and linking customer experience, social data and innovation.
