The Marketing Eye launches Sales Drive
The Marketing Eye has unveiled Sales Drive - an innovative service to build and improve sales performance.
"Putting an effective sales strategy into practice is essential if you are going to convert the opportunities that your marketing creates into income," says Neil Edwards, Managing Director of The Marketing Eye. "Sales can be tough and few people think their business is good at it. If you are one of them and feel that you might need some help with driving sales within your business, then our Sales Drive service is for you."
Sales Drive is a three-stage process that looks at all aspects of a business' sales operation and gives hands on support to implement improvements. The first stage is a sales audit, which is followed up with a comprehensive written report that includes specific recommendations on areas identified for improvement. Psychometric testing can also be part of the process at this stage.
Sales Drive reports on:
- Current sales strategy and processes
- Approaches to targeting, pipeline management and motivation
- Current sales performance, including people
- Strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
The second stage provides suggestions for moving ahead in sales, including a new or refined sales strategy and sales process, a people plan and new approaches to targeting, pipeline management and motivation.
The third stage is supporting customers to implement those changes - so that the full benefits are realised for the long term. This involves ascertaining what sales support is needed and what processes are required to deliver results.
The Marketing Eye has recruited James Neeter to lead on the Sales Drive service. James started his career with the telecoms giant, Cable & Wireless, where he quickly progressed to business sales manager for the region. His focus then turned to technical hardware sales. The last ten years have been spent working with companies of all sizes, helping them to improve their sales strategy and performance.
"Sales Drive is the vital link between great marketing and improved bottom line performance," says Neil. "Sales Drive will link together your strategy, your people and your processes to propel your sales performance forward."
If required, The Marketing Eye team will be available to support your sales with effective marketing on an ongoing basis.
