Neil Edwards - Managing Director & strategic marketing consultant

Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with many years' experience in marketing, brand and communications.

His experience includes being a Director of Marketing in The Royal Bank of Scotland Group where he was responsible for brands in the UK, Ireland and US. Those brands include: Lombard, Jamjarcars.com, Angel Trains and Dixon Motors.

Entrepreneurial, creative and energetic, Neil's success has come from a pragmatic and intelligent approach to combining marketing with business needs.

 

Sandra Street - Strategic marketing consultant

Sandra's background is in Financial Services marketing, one of the toughest industries in the business.

Having been client side and agency side, her experience provides a valuable perspective to our clients. Her expertise is in direct and business to business marketing, working with clients including: Henderson Investors, M&G, BUPA, Direct Line and Lombard. Sandra was a Board Account Director at CCHM, a London brand services agency.

As a marketing consultant, Sandra combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach and is equally at home working with established SMEs or start-ups.

 

Sharon Wilding - Strategic marketing consultant

Sharon is a highly qualified marketing professional, a Chartered Marketer with an MSc in Marketing and more than 20 years experience. As Head of Marketing for BT Wholesale, Sharon lead teams working in product development and marketing communications, working with business customers ranging from one-man bands to Global Multinationals.

Sharon is used to delivering strong results from marketing activities. As Head of ICT propositions Sharon lead a project that brought £78m of new business to BT and delivered 50% revenue growth over 2 consecutive years. She was also Chair of the BT Women's Network from 2005-7, driving for greater recognition and success for talented women.

 

Jo Allen - Creative Director

Jo completed her formal study of design in America between 1999 and 2002 and spent a year working under a graphic designer/artist in Montana, New Mexico, Arizona and Florida.

Jo joined The Marketing Eye on her return from America in 2004.

Her inspiration comes from a close understanding of our clients' businesses and an innate ability to take the customer's position. Jo's work is intentionally evocative in nature turning the feelings, emotions and values of the client into visible imagery.

 

Mark Goldfinch - Creative Associate

Mark has over 16 years' experience in defining brands and turning those definitions into creating creative concepts for all media.

He has done extensive work in all market sectors including: automotive, B2B, charity, financial, FMCG, public sector, telecommunications, travel and leisure. Financial experience includes campaigns for Lloyds TSB, Lombard, RBS, Norwich Union, Legal & General, Capita Insurance Services, Halifax Credit Card Services and Birmingham Midshires. Campaigns written include Fiat Punto 'Spirito di Punto', Budweiser 'The Genuine Article' and Philips 'Let's Make Things Better'.

Mark believes that words are a vital element of a brand and that 'how' a brand communicates can be a key point of difference in today's crowded marketplaces.

 

Jan Edwards - Operations Director and Head of Small Business

Jan is responsible for the management of operations & customer service, ensuring that our projects remain on time and on budget. Jan also leads on managing the requirements of our smaller business clients.

A family history of small businesses puts her uniquely in touch with the requirements of the owner managed business. Her experience in the retail sector drives her passion for delivering excellent customer service in everything that we do.
