If you’re not GDPR-ready, it’s (almost) too late
On 25 May, the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) comes into force and will fundamentally change how you can store and use customer and prospect data.
Your database is one of your most valuable business assets and, if you don’t know where to start or are struggling to find the time to implement the processes, it’s not too late to act. We have developed a package to help.
All we need is access to the database that you want to opt-in and a contact in your team that we can work through.
How The Marketing Eye can help
Review registration process
Next, we will review the data collection processes on your website to make sure it meets the standards of GDPR. We will also look at the type of data you collect to establish whether you require consent or if you can use legitimate interest to market to your database. We will also review your existing data, as legacy data must be GDPR compliant too.
Your existing database
We will run two dedicated campaigns to your existing database asking for consent under the new GDPR regulations. Additionally, we will create a banner for your existing email communications asking your customers to re-subscribe to marketing communications.
For an individual to remove consent should be as easy as it is to give it. One way to achieve this is through a preference centre, allowing customers to change their communication preferences and opt-out of marketing activity. We will look at what’s needed to achieve this.
Our GDPR package starts from £1,950 exc. VAT.

Failure to be compliant could result in a fine of €20 million or 4% of your company's global annual turnover, whichever is higher.
