Q. How much will your services cost me?
A. We have a variety of pricing models. Ultimately you are buying our time and expertise, so we will be assessing how much support you need and how much time it will take.
We can offer a monthly retainer arrangement for on-going support or a project price for a one-off requirement. Our Client Charter states that you will always be aware of our costs before they are invoiced.
Q. We have a website designer or other service supplier that we really like. Are we required to use yours?
A. No. We are more than happy to manage or work alongside your existing suppliers.
Q. Will you work in our offices?
A. On occasions. We will want to develop a detailed understanding of your business and this can only be achieved by spending a considerable amount of time with you - including on-site. There will be times, however, when we can be more efficient working from our own offices. If you require a temporary resource on-site for a period of time or for a set number of hours per week or month, we can talk about this.
Q. We have our own marketing resource in-house, but it needs some support. Can you help?
A. Definitely. We can lend support with experience and resources to a particular project or set of tasks. We can also help less experienced marketing staff with our Mentor Me service.
Q. Can you help me find permanent marketing staff?
A. We are not a recruitment agency, but we do have close links with an agency that specialises in the marketing field. We can also help with assessing and interviewing marketing personel to help you make the right choice.
Q. How long am I tied in for?
A. We like to specifiy 3 months' notice in our retainer arrangements. We believe this is fair to you and fair to us.
Q. Won't it be cheaper to employ our own resource?
A. No. When you employ The Marketing Eye, you get the whole team. You would not be able to employ the depth of resource or level of experience we have without recruiting a whole team. You can read more about the business case here.
